Yes we have and we can!

Let’s narrow it down, as leaks can appear in one place and be coming from another.

  1. If a windshield has been replaced before, sometimes there can be a leak due to a failed part, failed chemical, or a failed install. We do not do reseals as it very rarely fixes the problem.
  2. If your vehicle has a sunroof, the ports may be clogged. We do sunroof port cleanings.

There is very little difference between dealer and after-market parts. By law, all auto glass in the US needs to be the same thickness with the same lamination, so the only major difference is the brand name . We always shop from reputable OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) brands with great warranties so you can trust you’re getting the best!

Windshield Replacement Qs

Yes! We can replace windshields anywhere- at your home, in the shopping center parking lot- on most cars.

The caveat is if your vehicle needs a recalibration. We offer mobile recalibrations on some brands- BMW, Chevy, Ford, Jeep (mostly American brands) *But call for more info if you need your ADAS recalibrated.

We can work on any car from 1891 -2026 and beyond! If it drives and has glass, we’ve got you covered.

We provide recalibrations at an additional cost for cars that need it. We highly recommend doing a recalibration or else you could further damage your vehicles tech systems- leading to malfunction and a more costly repair down the road.

Common Reasons for Windshield Replacement:

  • Long or spidering cracks
  • Chips in the driver’s line of sight
  • Edge cracks or multiple impact points
  • Cracks compromising the vehicle’s safety systems
  • Total loss of glass

When the damage is over 3in-or over the size of a credit card- we recommend replacing rather than repair.

Your windshield will not only look better, but will also have greater structural integrity.

Besides the fact that a crack can impair your view and impede with safe driving at night or in the rain, the bigger reason is structural integrity of the vehicle.

The Importance of Structural Integrity
The windshield plays a significant role in maintaining the structural integrity of your car. During a collision, it helps support the roof and prevents it from caving in. A damaged windshield can’t provide this support, putting you and your passengers at risk. It could be the difference between walking out of a crash shook up, or not walking out at all. Give us a call to get a free windshield replacement quote.

For most insurance plans with comprehensive insurance you will be covered. Check out our insurance page to see how we work with you to file a claim & understand your insurance policy.

Or contact us and we can help walk with you through the process!

Yes, but not every car- give us a call to see if your car windshield is able to be done from the comfort of your home.

Recalibration Qs

Recalibration is the process of returning a vehicle’s ADAS to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Recalibration is necessary after a new glass installation, especially a windshield with a camera mounted to it, to ensure the ADAS features continue to function despite having been moved during the installation process.

Modern vehicles are equipped with sophisticated ADAS technologies designed to enhance driver safety and convenience such as lane corrections, cruise control distance, blindspot readers and more.

Recalibration after glass replacement ensures your safety systems are calibrated with the car’s computer so that you:

  1. Avoid a more costly failure
  2. Keep your family safe with systems performing as they are intended.

If you are unsure if your car will need recalibration you can always contact us to ask!

When your windshield is replaced or repaired, it can disrupt the alignment of your ADAS systems, potentially compromising their effectiveness. Driving with misaligned ADAS features can increase the risk of accidents and collisions.

When ADAS are out of whack you run the risk of costly cameras breaking, which costs $3000-$5000 to fix. You also avoid a critical mistake which could cause an accident on the road or in the parking lot. Let us help ensure you don’t run the risk.

While you can opt-out of getting a recalibration we never recommend it. For a small additional cost, it’s worth the peace of mind to know your systems are working right.

If the replacement of your windshield is covered by your insurance, it is covered by your insurance and required to show proof of service for the recalibration.

Experts forecast that the number of replacements with windshield-mounted sensors will increase to 3,000,000+ by 2020. In September of 2015, 10 auto manufacturers committed to making automatic emergency braking a standard feature on all vehicles. These manufacturers accounted for 57% of US auto sales in 2014.

As of December 2015, NHTSA added ADAS to their new car assessment program (5-star safety rating), which requires vehicles to have ADAS to receive a 5-star rating.

Power Window Repair Qs

Yes & no- The regulator replacement itself can be done mobile, but the diagnosis requires to be in-shop.

Most of our customers who have a diagnosis prefer power window repair from the comfort of their homes because it can be very frustrating to drive with your window down if it is stuck.

Book a mobile service by giving us a call.
