How do I book a warranty replacement?
Just give our office a call or email us.- we will ask some qualifying questions to check on your warranty. Contact us here.
How long is the warranty valid?
While you have a lifetime warranty on the products used in replacement, any issues with your service & installation need to be reported to our office in the first 30 days after noticing the issue.
What is your chip repair warranty?
If our windshield chip repair doesn’t stop the spread (you see your chip spread into a larger area), or you don’t like the way it looks- we will offer you $100 off a replacement service.
What kind of glass do you typically use on cars during replacement?
We use both after market equipment and original equipment manufacturer glass products, depending on what you request.Â
Most insurance companies only cover after-market glass, so this is often what get’s put on car’s filing an insurance claim to pay.
We & the manufacturers stand behind the quality of all of the products used. If you’re curious here are the main differences:
- OEM- much lower standard of defects. Fit & finish is more polished.
- OEE- Insurance covers after market. More affordable. Small difference in quality.
